Kick-Start Your Fitness Journey with These New Programs

After working with a range of bodies and demands for a while, I felt compelled to create some more structured workouts that would address a greater range of circumstances. Below are new programs that are available, and adaptable to all ages & abilities. Read on:

This hour-long strength session focuses on the fundamental movement patterns that we need to live our daily lives with grace and ease. A lot of emphasis is placed on form and control, as well as improving balance, mobility and coordination. Equipment used includes a mixture of kettlebells, free weights, medicine balls, TRX, resistance bands, and other props - including your own body weight. These sessions are tailored to your goals and abilities. Suitable for all ages.

This one-hour, Pilates-inspired program works the entire body, and includes a mobility and core strength component. Perfect as an adjunct to classic weight training, this workout primarily uses body weight, while incorporating resistance bands, Pilates and stability balls, light free weights and more. If you’re in the mood for something lower impact, more quiet & grounded, this is the workout for you.

If you’re under the care of a chiropractor, physiotherapist or other healthcare practitioner, this program is a great way to work in your assigned exercises into an engaging flow. If you’re just getting back to working out, or have mobility constraints, this is a perfect program to get you moving in a safe, supervised way. This can be a stand-alone session, or an à la carte option at the end of a strength training session. Available in 15-, 30- or 60-minute blocks.

Suitable for all ages, this program is targeted towards anyone looking to improve their balance, core strength, and ease of life’s daily activities. Working on core strength has numerous benefits, from improved posture, balance, and movement to pain management and injury and fall prevention. This program is adaptable to all ages and abilities. Spoiler alert: I won’t have you do a single sit-up! Available in half- or one hour blocks.

Feel free to comment or DM me if you have any questions about my programs - I'd love to hear from you!

In health,

Miriam
