Wellness that fits real life
Personal training should support your life, not take it over. My approach is rooted in building strength, confidence, and consistency in a way that feels realistic and sustainable long-term.

Whether you’re brand new to strength training, returning after time away, navigating injuries or limitations, or simply tired of trying to figure it all out alone, my sessions are designed to feel supportive, structured, and approachable.

I work with a wide range of clients, including beginners, adults over 50, and people rebuilding strength during or after stressful seasons of life.

Workouts are adapted to meet you where you’re at, while still helping you feel challenged, capable, and progressively stronger over time.

The focus is on the fundamentals that matter most: strength, mobility, balance, cardiovascular health, and building habits that actually stick.

No extreme approaches or fitness industry noise. Just practical, evidence-informed training that helps you feel better in your body.
A bit about me

I’m a personal trainer based in Toronto, working primarily with women 50+ and seniors who want to build strength in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable.

My work is shaped not just by training, but by lived experience. I’m a breast cancer survivor, and that experience changed the way I think about strength, resilience, and what it actually means to feel well in your body. It shifted the focus away from appearance and towards capability and how your body supports you through real life.

I also bring a body-positive and non-restrictive approach to fitness. I don’t believe in punishment-based training or extreme protocols. I believe in consistency, strength, and building a relationship with movement that you can actually maintain.
A large part of my work involves supporting clients through change, whether that’s returning to exercise after time away, navigating injuries, or adjusting to shifts in energy, hormones, or recovery.

My own relationship with health and lifestyle has also shaped how I approach habit-building and consistency. I’m very aware of how much difference simple, repeatable routines can make when life feels busy or unpredictable.

The focus is always on strength, movement quality, and helping people feel more confident and capable in their everyday lives.
Resources I share with clients
I often get asked what products I recommend or use with clients, so I’ve partnered with a few Canadian companies that align with how I approach training and wellness: simple, practical, and sustainable.

One of them is Fitness Avenue, a long-standing Canadian company that carries quality equipment for home and gym use — everything from resistance bands and weighted vests to Swiss balls, mobility tools, and more. I often use simple tools like these in sessions because they’re effective, accessible, and easy to integrate into real-life training.

I also share resources from Well.ca, a Canadian wellness retailer I trust for supplements, recovery tools, and everyday health products. It’s a practical option for people who want reliable, evidence-informed wellness products without overcomplicating things.

Having worked in the supplements, personal care, and natural skincare space for decades, I’ve seen a lot of what works, what doesn’t, and what’s mostly marketing. If you ever want help sorting through options or figuring out what’s actually worth your time or money, I’m always happy to help.
What my clients often notice

Most people come in thinking they need a strict plan. What they actually need is structure, consistency, and support that adapts to real life.

Over time, clients often notice:

-
feeling stronger and more capable in everyday movement
-
more consistency with exercise (without relying on motivation)
-
better understanding of how to train their own body
-
improved confidence in a gym setting, and in life
-
less confusion around what to do and when to do it
-
a more sustainable and healthy relationship with fitness overall
This isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about making training something that actually fits into your life and supports how you want to feel in your body.
